Refund Policy

At Inna Foods, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchange

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer an exchange or refund in the following cases:

  • If the product received is damaged or leaked during transit.
  • If the wrong product has been delivered.
  • If the product has expired at the time of delivery.

3. How to Claim a Refund/Replacement

If you face any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID and clear Photos/Videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Send these details via WhatsApp to +91 75738 16269 or email support@innafoods.in.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) used during the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate a transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

In case of returns due to damaged or wrong products, Inna Foods will bear the shipping cost for the replacement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
