At Inna Foods, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer an exchange or refund in the following cases:

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Wallet) used during the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to initiate a transfer.
In case of returns due to damaged or wrong products, Inna Foods will bear the shipping cost for the replacement. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
